Ep 231 – The Gauntlet

Ice returns from his hiatus and is immediately met with animosity toward Elon Musk and his questionable business practices. After a stern defense, the Chairman provides a peak at what led to his most recent illness (and subsequent absence). The boys recap a disastrous opening round of gambling on the 2023 NCAA tournament and ponder more constructive ways to spend their free time together. The topic of the upcoming Slamball revival comes up, which somehow becomes a tribute to the greatness that was American Gladiators. The guys then dive into the murky waters surrounding the likely sale of the Washington Commanders, as the list of possible suitors grows suspiciously longer with each passing day. It’s heady stuff but it’s nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a few cocktails consumed in public. Run this gauntlet of an episode, escape if we let you.
